[Ip-health] Philippines/ Pfizer litigation

Pfizer's litigation against Orient Euro Pharma (OEP) Philippines on test
data protection that we reported some time ago (see:
http://secondview.blogspot.com/2006/12/pfizer-threatens-another-philippine.html)
is going ahead. We have been informed that despite Pfizer's attempt to
dismiss the case, hearings will start in January 2008. We will keep you
posted.
