[Ip-health] The US has cancelled today's IGWG consultation, and will reschedule for a later date

We are asking that the next meeting be longer than 90 minutes, given the
complexity and importance of the IGWG negotiations.  We will also
provide the USG with a list of persons who are interested in receiving
notice of the new meeting date and agenda.   If you want to included in
that list, send a note to malini.aisola@keionline.org.
