I am quite appalled at how this is being handled. I have been asking
for a public consultation on the IGWG for some time. Today at 5pm I
received an invitation to that consultation. It will be held tomorrow,
at 10am, and last 90 minutes. I'm at another public consolation on IGWG
in Bolivia today, as are several others who would have possibly attended
this event, if there had been any real notice.
