[Ip-health] Pipeline patents

I'm looking for a study that examines which developing countries, in
introducing patent protection for pharmaceuticals to conform with TRIPS,
included (or didn't include) "pipeline patents" And, moreover, I'd like to
see something that compares and contrasts, for the countries with pipeline
patents, provisions between countries for accepting applications and
granting patents under the pipeline provisions along with rules for
extending (correcting) patent terms. Any tips most welcome and appreciated.
