Dear all,

CIEL and the South Centre have published the IP Quarterly Update for the
Second Quarter of 2007. The focus piece addresses the issue of whether the
framework documents in WIPO's Intergovernmental Committee on Intellectual
Property and Genetic Resources, Traditional Knowledge and Folklore reflect
the interests and needs of Indigenous and other Local Communities. The 2nd
