[Ip-health] apologies for spam e-mails

Many of you have noticed three spam messages approved on IP-health in
the past hour.  Thanks to those of you who brought this to our
attention.  This was my mistake, not a problem with the integrity of
the IP-health list serve.  I inadvertently selected approve when I
intended to select discard.  List moderators will continue to
carefully screen posted messages in order to prevent this from
happening again.  Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your
patience.
