At 2pm today, the Federal Circuit will hear oral argument in Bio/PhRMA
v. D.C., a case alleging that the Federal Patent Act preempts the
authority off states to control unconscionable pricing of patented
essential goods.



The courthouse is located at 717 Madison Place, N.W..  The hearing will
be in room 203.
