After yesterday's hearing, the Central Government issued a second notificat=
ion stating that all pending appeals in the High Court shall be transferred=
 to the Appellate Board.  As per the notification, the High Court transferr=
ed the appeal of the Patent Controller's order to the Board.

The parties will submit written submissions on the 3(d) matter within a wee=
k, after which the Court will issue a decision.

We will resume our updates when the matter is taken up by the Appellate Boa=
rd.
