More bad news from the U.S. Congress -
12 Democratic members of the House of Representatives have sent a
letter to USTR attacking the use of compulsory licensing in Thailand:

by Lieberman and 4 Democratic Senators:

Both letters are discouraging, especially coming from Democrats - but
also keep in mind the January letter from 22 Democratic House Members
in support of Thailand's actions:
