 Dear Anand Chan , julie & pratibha ,
 Keep on your good work . We dealt with the Novartis issue in the plenary on
drugs & privatization which I chaired . . & the Campaign workshop on Drugs
at the National Health Assembly 2 as well as in the Peoples Health movement
Steering Council meeting where I briefed the Council members  & where some
have already doing their bit specially those involved in the Rational Drugs
issue .
With spring Breeze  ( not warmth )as I know it is too hot in Chennai .

The Novartis matter did not resume today due to a boycott by the Madras Bar
Association protesting the recent order of the Supreme Court of India
relating to reservations for Other Backward Classes.  The matter has been
posted for tomorrow.

We will continue our updates then.
