[Ip-health] International Policy Network's "Independence and Guiding Principles"

As I said in my orginal response, IPN did not authorise the establishment
of  the Indian company, IPN Services Pty Ltd. We requested that it ceaase
to operate under the name IPN Services Pty Ltd.
