This web site looks like something that WIPO could do to improve
patent quality, provide a website of documents from patent
disputes. Jamie

Pharma-Experts.com mission
The fight between =93innovator=94 pharmaceutical companies and generic
companies on the validity of patents is spreading across the world.
It is often that trials on similar patents are being held in many
countries across the world, in each country against a different
generic company.
The =93innovator=94 pharmaceutical companies are using experts to give
affidavits on their behalf to prove that their patent is valid and/or
that the generic company is infringing its patent.
In some cases the fact that the proceedings are hard to track is
being used by the =93innovator=94 companies to their benefit. It can be
seen that the same expert witness after gaining experience in one
proceeding will give a different affidavit in another proceeding on
the same issue. Some of the experts appearing in pharmaceutical-
related patent proceedings are well trained and used by many
companies and conflicts of opinions may be found between their
different affidavits.
Pharma-Experts.com was established in order to ease the task of
researching about the background of a pharmaceutical expert by easily
locating its previous affidavits and statements during interrogations.
The model of Pharma-Experts.com is not a financial driven one. All
the profits made by Pharma-Experts.com (if any) will be donated to
charity. The idea is to attract as many pharmaceutical companies as
possible to contribute documents and in return those companies will
be able to gain access to other companies=92 submitted material.
