[Ip-health] ILA resolution on TRIPS and public health

The International Law Association passed a resolution on TRIPS and
public health during the Association's 72nd biennial conference held
in Toronto last week.

Unfortunately, I don't have a copy of the text of the resolution but
in general, it supported interpretation of the TRIPS Agreement in a
manner that supported access to medicines.

Perhaps someone with the text of the resolution could post it to the
list?
