The EU Regulation text on Compulsory licensing of patents relating to the
manufacture of pharmacutical products for export to countries with public
health problem has been published in the Official Journal of the EU today,
June 9th, 2006.

It will enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its
publication in the EU Official Journal , it means on June 29th 2006.
