The Impact of Article 39.3 in India: A Practical Perspective

India is currently debating whether to provide exclusivity for
pharmaceutical test data. The various Ministries in the Government are
planning to meet on 12 July 2006. I-MAK  [Initiative for Medicines,
Access & Knowledge]  has produced a document which reviews the practical
impact of the current proposals and provides recommendations which
should be considered before a final decision is reached.
