WIPO will hold a seminar on "Flexibilities in the Patent System" on
February 16, 2007 at its headquarters in Geneva in Room A.  The two
featured speakers are Professor Joseph Straus, Director of the Max
Planck Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition and Tax Law
(Munich, Germany) and Dr. N.S Gopalakrishnan, Professor, HRD Chair on
IPR, School of Legal Studies, Cochin University of Science and
Technology (Kerala, India).
