     * Represented the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of
America in global trade negotiations and enforcement of international
patent protections through WTO dispute settlement proceedings.
     * Counseled multinational clients, governments and trade
associations in virtually every major trans-Atlantic trade policy
initiative, and trade negotiations in recent years.
     * Provided regulatory and government relations counsel in
connection with politically-sensitive investments by foreign
companies in the U.S. air transport and natural resource sectors.
     * Represented major trade associations and coalitions of
multinational firms before Congress, the White House, USTR, the
Departments of State, Treasury and Commerce, and in Federal Courts on
issues of trade sanctions and restrictions on foreign investment in
the U.S. and abroad.
     * Provided policy analysis across the range of EU legal issues,
appearing regularly before the European Commission, Parliament, and
Council, as well as EU Member State authorities, on behalf of clients
seeking solutions to issues confronting their business.
