Dick Wilder is now speaking as an "expert" of the IGWG.  He has
mentioned a long list of his professional work, but failed to mention
his work for drug companies on the IPR issues.  This seems a big
omission, given the speech is giving, and the rules that the IGWG
should address conflicts of interest.
