I will be out of the office starting  19/12/2003 and will not return until
31/01/2004.

As of end December I will no longer be working at Oxfam.

Although I am going freelance, the bulk of my time over the next year will
be working on a (pharmaceuticals) project at Just Pensions. If you'd like
