[Ip-health] NEW: 5th edition of Untangling the web of Price Reductions

MSF has just released the fifth edition of its pricing report 'Untangling
the web of price reductions: a pricing guide for the purchase of ARVs for
developing countries'.

This new edition incorporates all recent pricing and pre-qualification
announcements, including those made by the WHO yesterday, World AIDS Day.

The fifth edition provides:
- updated information on prices for eligible countries, including both
price per unit and price per patient per year for adult and paediatric
formulations
- updated information and clarifications on the conditions and restrictions
applying to these offers
- practical examples on how to use the document

We hope that this edition is more practical to use and welcome any comments
