[Ip-health] Act Up-Paris closed a Coke factory

Today, at 6 a.m., 40 activists from Act Up-Paris got closed the Coke factor=
y
located in Grigny, near Paris.
They kettled the fences, and hung banners, saying : =B3Aids in Africa. Coke
let its employees die=B2, =B3Aids in Africa. Coke complicitous=B2 and =B310=
000
people dying a day=B2. None of the employees was allowed to enter and work.
Under the rain, the activists covered a map of Africa with coke=B9s cans an=
d
blood. For 8 hours, they demanded to talk to the General direction of Coke
France in order to obtain official position and commitment about access to
care for african Coke=B9s workers. Act Up-Paris is staying mobilized. Coke =
has
to commit itself to finance the whole medical coverage for all their
HIV-positive people among the Coke=B9s employees and their family, in
developping countries.
