[Ip-health] US-Singapore FTA

USTR reports that is has finalized substantive negotiations with
Singapore on a free trade agreement.

On intellectual property, it says the agreement includes:

Strong intellectual property protections, including signficant
improvements in the protection of intellectual property in the digital
age, as well as better legal tools for enforcing IP rights in Singapore.
