Subject: Big demo in Thailand on World AIDS Day
HI, all
There will be about 1,000 people living with HIV/AIDS gathering in front of
the parliament house on 30 December. The propose of the demo is to request
the government including antiretroviral treatment in the Universal Health
Coverage known as 30 Baht Health Scheme in which it should cover treatment
of all diseases, but now the actual scheme excludes ARV treatment for AIDS
and treatment for renal failure.
We need international media attention, any interested press, please contact
Onanong Bunjumnong at below address for more detail.
Thanks,
Orn
