Sorry for the hiatus on the list. A lot has occurred in international
tobacco control over the last couple weeks -- notably, agreement on a
final draft of the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control.

Following are three posts on the FCTC. This one, which gives URLs for
the treaty text. The second contains news clips. The third contains
various statements on and reactions to the FCTC final draft.
