[Intl-tobacco] ASH UK debunks BAT's social report

Today, the BAT-sponsored International Centre for Corporate Social
Responsibility at Nottingham University is holding its inaugural symposium
and ASH is marking the occasion by launching a detailed critique of BAT's
social report.  We commissioned Globalink's News & Information editor Stan
Shatenstein to write the report and I'm sure you will enjoy Stan's incisive
responses to BAT's platitudes and bland statements.   The document - 'BAT
social report revisited'  should also help advocates in responding to
industry spin on the issue of corporate social responsibility.
