[Intl-tobacco] international smoking rates below 20 percent

A recent clip quoted the Australian health minister as saying Australia
was poised to become the first country with an adult smoking rate below 20
percent.
Our friend Judith Mackay informs that this is in error. Hong Kong and
Singapore, she says, have already beat Australia, with rates currently
below 20 percent.
Not that we want to detract from Australia's accomplishments. But credit
must be given where credit is due.
