Committee at its meeting on 27 April 2004. Moreover, upon request of the 
Special Commission, the Permanent Bureau has aligned the English and 
French versions of this Document with the terminology traditionally used 
in Hague Conventions. Changes were made in agreement with the Chairman 
of the Drafting Committee.
