Dates and venue of the Diplomatic Session:

the Permanent Bureau wishes to inform Member States and Observers that, 
following a request of the United States of America and after further 
consultations, the Diplomatic Session on the preliminary draft Hague 
Convention on Exclusive Choice of Court Agreements, initially scheduled 
for 12–28 September 2005 (see circular letter L.c. ON No 30(04)), will 
be held from 14 - 30 June 2005 in The Hague. The venue will be the 
building of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce at Koningskade 30, at ten 
minutes walking distance from the central railway station. Further 
practical information will be sent to the National Organs and Observers 
in the coming months, together with the convocation for the XXth Session.
