I am aware of that. But this fact, which is not perhaps irremediable,
does not by itself preclude further discussion on the subject, does it?

This forum has become virtually unused, and I think one of reasons is
that we have abandoned any real discussion, primarily because it appears
that the Hague Convention has abandoned real discussion of the important
issues. But we are not a dependency of the Hague Convention. We can
still discuss real issues, even if the Hague Convention pretends to
ignore them.
