Question of the Month - March 2003
**********************************

Dear Friends,

Next month, Philip Morris (a.k.a Altria) will hold its annual meeting of
stockholders. Many U.S. GPTC participants plan to travel to Richmond to
hold the company accountable for its aggressive promotion of death
worldwide. It is our desire to be a voice for those who cannot be there
in person.

MARCH'S QUESTION: If you had the opportunity to ask a question of Louis
Camilleri, CEO of Altria, what would it be? In general, is there
anything you would particularly like to say to him? Please keep your
answers brief.

We will do our best to pose a selection of your questions during the
"Question & Answer" period of the meeting.

To read dialogue between GPTC participants and former CEO Geoffrey Bible
from last year's meeting, go to:

Also, some of us will be "greeting" stockholders as they arrive. We
welcome any good ideas you may have for posters and chants!

DEADLINE: FRIDAY, APRIL 11

Thanks!
Anna
