dear benoit,
since the DCOS mission statement is public and pretty clear, it would be
nice to know the official BSA position, representing the views of the
full membership. that would seem to be the starting point for a
discussion of any possible inconsistencies.
i look forward to seeing a statement this position, as a way of
continuing our discussion.
