dear benoit,

since the DCOS mission statement is public and pretty clear, it would be ni=
ce to know the official BSA position, representing the views of the full me=
mbership. that would seem to be the starting point for a discussion of any =
possible inconsistencies.

i look forward to seeing a statement this position, as a way of continuing =
our discussion.
