Let lawmakers know you care about open standards, and watch them
discuss the issue at a legislative hearing.

This Monday, 26 March 2007, Texas lawmakers will be holding a hearing
about adopting a technology policy for which open standards will play
a key role.  You do not need to be a Texas resident to let lawmakers
how you feel about the importance of open standards. Use this form to
express your support.

about the ways in which open standards can help state & local

You may also want to watch democracy in action by watching the
hearings live, on the Web, beginning at 10:30 for the Texas House
hearing, and 1:30 for the Texas Senate hearing.
