Minnesota to have law driving ODF adoption?

See the proposed bill =93PRESERVATION OF STATE DOCUMENTS ACT.=94 Again, I
know of one and only one standard (and an ISO one at that), that
meets these criteria, the OpenDocument Format (ODF).
