[Ecommerce] Dates for next SCCR meeting set

According to the following WIPO website, the dates of the15th Session of
the Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR/15)  have
been set for September 11-13.  The SCCR will take place at WIPO in
Geneva, Switzerland.
