[Ecommerce] English version of Colombian proposal to the WIPO PCDA

Colombia submitted a proposal to the Provisional Committee on Proposals
Related to a WIPO Development Agenda (PCDA) on January 31, 2006. The
title of this proposal is:


"Development of Agreements between WIPO and private enterprises,
allowing the national offices of developing countries to access
specialized databases for the purposes of patent searches=94.
