NEW WIPO WEB PAGE:  CASE LAW LINKS

To facilitate access to case law in the field of intellectual property
legislation, a new service has been launched on the WIPO enforcement
website. This new web page, available at
http://www.wipo.int/enforcement/en/case_law.html (to be subsequently
available in French and Spanish) lists links to publicly and freely
accessible online databases that contain, exclusively or partly, court
decisions or decisions of administrative bodies in the field of
intellectual property law, or extracts of such decisions. The
compilation is based on information submitted to WIPO by participants of
the IPEIS Forum, as well as by the International Bar Association
(Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Committee). To further
develop the compilation, participants of the Forum are invited to submit
to the Secretariat any additional relevant information.

THIRD SESSION OF THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON ENFORCEMENT (ACE)

The third session of the ACE will be held from May 15 to 17, 2006, at
WIPO's headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. Invitations will be sent to
Members and Observers of the ACE.
