The European branch of DiMA has pretty similiar members to the US DiMA.

It's secretariat is provided by a consulting firm.   Lucy Cronin is
the hard charging lobbyist that they sent to the SCCR, and who has
been working on EU copyright chief Tilman Lueder (who now is pushing
webcasting at WIPO).
