  Thank you for this very enlightened material. It sheds very interesting l=
ight on this situation. The question that remains is; What would be differe=
nt if the trust of maintaining the Internet would change to something under=
 UN auspice?
  I find nothing in these writings that would suggest anything would change=
. I find some complaining and some egotistical grandstanding via criticism =
but nowhere do I see anything concrete regarding improvements. I also find =
no technical or procedural outlines with specificity in detail enough for a=
nyone to recommend changes. In fact the writings out of Tunis are devoid of=
 detail and or reference to facts.
