[Ecommerce] Who will house the Internet Governance Forum?

This is pretty strange.  First the ITU and the UN were proposed to
organize and host the Internet Governance Forum.  And then a strong
pitch was made for it  be done by ISOC, with extra money flowing to
ISOC for this task.  If you look at the board members for ISOC, you
don't find any from developing countries, and you find a lot of
overlap with ICANN board members (current and past), as well as ICANN
regulated registrars.   The US is now speaking, they have "the
highest regard" for the Internet Society.   Expert opinions.   Canada
and US now backing ISOC.     It is an other US based non-profit, with
some foreign chapters.  Here is the board of trustees.   Jamie
