[snip] in occasion of the launch of the BEUC Campaign on consumers
digital rights, we have sent today to Sony BMG a letter preliminary
to a possible injunction against their behaviour which adversely
affects consumer protection with regard to the case, that you may
already be familiar with, relative to Sony CD containing digital
rights management software acting when installed in the user's PC as
a "rootkit".
