[Ecommerce] GAO again slams agencies' cybersecurity efforts

All,

  How can the average citizen whom is an internet user feel secure that
these agencies, including especially DHS, that they are adequately
protecting citizens from malicious intrusions into their privacy if
these
same agencies cannot protect their own internal data?
