Interesting question :

-Should software companies be allowed to use a
publicly funded legal system to combat piracy whilst eschewing the
technology that exists to stamp it out?

in a long article on the conviction in the UK of members of the
'DrinkorDie' group a so-called "warez" group =97 from the plural of
software =97 which operate by allegedly disseminating pirated copies of
computer software, games, movies and music on the Internet.
