[Ecommerce] US reveals intellectual property blacklist

Michelle and all,
I have issues with the attitude the USTR is taking in regards to
China. China has been ever increasing and improving it's efforts in
combating piracy. I would venture a guess China is doing a better
job of thwarting and punishing piracy offenders than the US is doing
combating counterfeiting or currency...
