Manon and all,
The CRIA much like it's US counterpart, the RIAA/MPAA has
long been prone to over exaggerating many of it's grievances
for reasons of political influence and financial gain. This article
like so many others in regards to the the RIAA/MPAA is a
clear indication that the political promotion of IP interests
as a means of controlling individuals access is of course
well known and has earned the ire of the very customers
of the members of these organizations.
