[Ecommerce] Monsanto vs. U.S. Farmers Report

It's all about breach of contract (bigB2smallb) with exclusive
jurisdiction in Misouri (Monsanto's home court) and of course, patent
infringement.

The center for food safety has collected an analysed the lawsuits.
These lawsuits involving 147 farmers and 39 small businesses and farm
companies are often settled out of court (and results are confidential).

Note: 46 of the lawsuits have been filed in Monsanto's home
jurisdication of St. Luis Mo. Of the 46, only 2 defendants were
successfully able to remove their case to another jurisdiction.
