[Ecommerce] Exception for LOC?

Manon and all,
Such a exception for the Library of Congress would not be unprecedented
in the USG. However it appears that some of these eight universities
didn't do their discovery very well. Tisk. Tisk... Shame on them!
However suing Congress and the LOC for violation of copy rights
would be not only unusual but also a bit of an embarrassment as it
is congress that recently passed some new protections under
copy right that were and remain very unpopular. So congress
looks now like it may have been hoist on it's own patard, yet again...
Interesting as well is that Columbia university did this study.
Could it be that it was not included in this partnership and missed
out on some grant dough? Heavens that would be terrible wouldn't
it? >;) and perhaps the "Rest of the story"....
