Jamie and all,

Many illusions stalk the economic landscape and always have. Over
the past two decades approximately the number and type of these
illusions had increased and changed respectively.

Our members spanning the gambit of economic scale and scope, have
come to the conclusion for a few years now that cooperation and
of shared responsibility between government and industry is the only
chance for long term sustainability of relative economic stability
and manageable growth. Industry cannot regulate itself, and government
can't or have not the ability to set regulatory policy, but can enforce
said regulations, yet needs to do so much faster, better and evenhandedly.
