All,

Seems India's National Association of Software and Service Companies
(NASSCOM) believes that the Indian parliament will pass new data
protection and privacy laws. The new laws should quell foreign
companies concerns about the security of the work they outsource
to businesses in India.

One has to wonder how such new legislation in India can be adequately
enforced by individuals that are not Indian citizens or have any
connections to legal council in India..

Regards,
