[Ecommerce] WIPO SCCR meeting deadline to request ad hoc observer status

The Standing Committee Meeting on Copyright and Related Rights
secretariat will send invitation to NGOs interested in attending the
June 7-9 meeting in Geneva tomorrow or the day after (takes about 2
weeks to get them).  If you would like to attend send an email (today or
tomorrow!)  to copyright.mail@wipo.int.

Your email should include a short description of your organization and
its connection to the work of the Committee.  The June meeting agenda
includes database but would most likely focus on the broadcasters
